DESCRIPTION
Built in the fifteenth century, the Chapel of San Michele Arcangelo a Semifonte is located about 5 km from Barberino Val d’Elsa. The floor plan of the little chapel has an octagonal shape and is crowned by a dome, replicating on a smaller sclale Filippo Brunelleschi’s dome in the Florence Cathedral.
