DESCRIPTION
The ruins of the Abbey of San Rabano, which was once known as the Monastery of Santa Maria Alborense, are located in the heart of the Natural Park of Maremma, along the ridge of the Uccellina Mountains. The Abbey dates back to the 11th century, and has a single nave with a transept joining the two side chapels.
