DESCRIPTION
Prato was habited since Etruscan times, but the birth of the city itself dates back generally to the 10th century. Prato is very famous for its textile production, but also for the historical-artistic heritage that goes from the Middle Ages to the Avant-garde. Among the most important monuments we find the Duomo, the Medici Villa of Poggio a Caiano, the Castello dell’Imperatore.
