DESCRIPTION
The picturesque fishing village of Marciana Marina (LI) on the Island of Elba is the smallest municipality in Tuscany. Historical buildings of interest include: Borgo del Cotone, an ancient mooring slip of Etruscan origin, the Torre degli Appiani, a 16th century lookout tower, and the 18th century Church of the St. Clare. The shoreline has three beaches: Baia della Caletta, La Fenicia and Redinoce.
