Nana Bianca innovation hub and the Regione Toscana’s Cinema La Compagnia host the sixth edition of the event promoted by IIDEA <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

First Playable<\/a>, the business event of international stature dedicated to the video game sector, returns to Florence for a three-day event packed with appointments, workshops, and award ceremony, from Wednesday 3 to Friday 5 July 2024<\/strong> in the spaces of Nana Bianca<\/a>, startup studio and vertical accelerator in the digital sector within the Innovation Centre of Fondazione CR Firenze<\/strong>, and at Regione
Toscana\u2019s Cinema La Compagnia<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

First Playable is organized by IIDEA<\/a>, the association representing the video game industry in Italy, and
Toscana Film Commission<\/strong> – Fondazione Sistema Toscana<\/strong>, in collaboration with ITA Agency<\/strong> and the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation<\/strong>, to accelerate the growth and consolidation of the Italian video game industry. Numerous partnerships have already been activated for this new edition, including those with: Meet to Match, which is confirmed as Matchmaking partner of the event; Epic Games\/Unreal Engine as Diamond Partner; Memorable Games, Vigamus Group as Gold Partner; and Audio Network, LCA Studio Legale, Slitherine as Silver Partner. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 4 July, the Cinema La Compagnia, a nerve centre for audiovisual culture in the heart of Florence, will host the awards evening of the Italian Video Game Awards (IVGA), the event promoted by IIDEA with the aim of highlighting the excellence of the Italian video game industry. During the evening, in front of an audience of sector operators, international guests, publishers and investors from all over the world, the jury will award the dragon-tail shaped statuettes to the most significant titles and to the professionals and companies in the sector that have distinguished themselves for their productions during 2023. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Access to First Playable and the Italian Video Game Awards ceremony will be reserved to companies, teams and professionals working in the field of video game development based in Italy.
