DESCRIPTION
On top of a hill, is the Santa Maria Novella castle dating from the tenth century. Destroyed twice, the castle lost its military function during the Renaissance becoming a country residence. Surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and woods, the castle is now a structure with a Tuscan-style rooms, a park and church.
