DESCRIPTION

The Bourbon del Monte Palace, a Renaissance palace built in the late 1600s, was the home of the Bourbon del Monte counts for an entire century. Characterized by a seventeenth-century façade, the building is the result of several unifications carried out on buildings that were probably medieval ones.
Since 2002 the palace has housed the Aboca Museum, a museum itinerary that enhances the therapeutic power of herbs, through the rooms with invaluable herbariums, books on pharmaceutical botany, ancient mortars, ceramics, glassworks as well as those reproducing ancient worshops.
