DESCRIPTION
The building called Villa-Fattoria di Frassineto, is evidence of the Villa-Farm type of settlements, dating back to the sixteenth century and subsequently modified in the nineteenth century. The farm covers about 500 hectares, 30 of which are vineyards; the Villa, of about 5400 square meters, is located on a mezzanine floor accessible via a spectacular two-flight staircase in the shape of an exedra. A large park of eight hectares, closed in by walls, surrounds the entire villa.
