DESCRIPTION
Ponti di Vara (Vara Bridges), built at the end of the last century, represent the main infrastructure of the marble railway line that connected the port of Marina di Carrara to the quarries. The ancient railway track is used by exceptional designated means of transport for transporting blocks of marble.
