DESCRIPTION
Located in the heart of Val di Cornia, the Archaeological Mines Park of San Silvestro covers an area of approximately 450 hectares. It is made up of museums, mines and trails of historical and archaeological interest. The Park is also home to the remains of the Rocca San Silvestro, an ancient mining village founded between the 10th and 11th centuries.
