DESCRIPTION

Palazzo Davanzati, also known as the Museum of the Old Florentine House, is a historic Florentine dwelling dating back to the 14th century and bears witness to the transition from the medieval tower home to the Renaissance residence. The building is spread over four floors, inside which you can admire the “huge” hall intended for meetings, the sumptuous dining rooms and the bedrooms with decorated wooden ceilings and mural paintings. The entrace loggia opens up onto large courtyard in which there is a well.
