DESCRIPTION
Massa, originally a pre-Roman town and dominated by the Malaspina Castle, is located approximately 10 km from Carrara. Among the buildings of particular interest, there are: the Cathedral and the Ducal Palace in Piazza degli Aranci, the Collegiate Church of San Pietro (St. Peter) and the Ethnological Museum of the Apuan Alps.
